All the shipping and delivery policies stated below apply to US deliveries only. The average delivery period may vary from 7 to 14 days.

Returns And Exchange

At Salt Earth, we follow strict quality control to ensure our designs and products meet all necessary standards. However, you may opt for an exchange or refund if a product is damaged or inconsistent.

You can initiate the request by sharing the images of the product and sending an email to care@thesaltearth.com.

We will initiate the refund or exchange process upon a thorough check of the provided information and reserve the right to reject the request if it does not meet the following criteria:

• Faded color upon arrival
• Stain marks, holes, or tears in the fabric

The following aspects will not be considered damage:

• There is mild variation in the dimensions of the product.
• There is mild variation in the color of the materials used in the product. For more details, read – Our Terms and Conditions.

RETURN AND REFUND

Once one or all of the above criteria are met, Salt Earth will arrange the return pickup within three working days. Make sure to cover your Salt Earth products securely in the same package as you received them. Your return will be considered complete only if we receive all additional accessories that come with the product.

The refund will be initiated upon receiving the product from your end, and the process typically takes 2-3 days. The amount will be credited back to the same account from which the sale transaction was processed within 7 to 10 days.

EXCHANGE

The pickup will be arranged as soon as our customer support person acknowledges your exchange email. Once we receive the returned product, which will typically take 2-3 days, the product of your choice will be shipped.

If the selected product is priced higher than the returned product, it will be shipped to you with the difference as a bill payable. If the chosen product is priced lower, the difference amount will be credited to your Salt Earth account within three days.
